One Court Square

Savanna’s One Court Square is the most prominent skyscraper in Long Island City, offering high-quality office space and tenant experience in a 51-story property with an iconic architectural presence.  Currently home to multiple Fortune 500 companies, the 1.5 million square foot building is located at the heart of Long Island City, with unmatched transit access and sweeping views of Manhattan. Situated directly above the Court Square Subway Station with direct, in-building subway access to the E, G, M and 7 lines as well as close proximity to the N, W, R and F lines, One Court Square provides seamless transportation to Manhattan in under 5 minutes.  Savanna is crafting a thoughtful and extensive capital improvement plan that will transform the 4-story annex at the base of the main tower into an inviting “town center” for Long Island City and also provide for a significant lobby renovation.
